Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pnl777 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for:

All financial transactions on the pnl777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pnl777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your pnl777 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account, or to a verified account in your own name.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• pnl777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

pnl777 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pnl777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Players who have opted into a bonus may be restricted from withdrawing their real-money balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited. The option to forfeit a bonus and restore full withdrawal access will be available in your account settings.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pnl777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.

All content on the pnl777 Platform — including but not limited to the pnl777 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pnl777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pnl777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any pnl777 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of pnl777's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law, for which pnl777 reserves all rights and remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pnl777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pnl777 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

The pnl777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pnl777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall pnl777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pnl777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
